Terms of Service

These terms apply to SwitchStation, including SwitchStation Rail and SwitchStation Workspace ("the Software"), macOS applications made by SSS Flow ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the Software you agree to these terms.

1. Free, Full Trial and licenses

The Free version may be used at no cost, for personal or commercial work, without time limit, within the limits shown on our pricing page. The Full Trial gives access to every feature for 14 days; it requires no payment method and never turns into a paid purchase automatically. When it ends, the Software continues as the Free version.

A Rail License or a SwitchStation License is a one-time purchase. It is a lifetime license to use the version you receive and every update released within 2 years of your purchase date; after that period, the update policy may change. Each license may be used on up to 3 Macs owned or used by the purchaser. Licenses are personal and may not be resold, shared publicly or transferred without our written consent. Going over a limit never deletes your data.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the Software, or remove or circumvent its license or trial checks, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

3. Purchases and offers

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment, billing, taxes and invoices. Its buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Limited-time offers shown in the app are valid until the time shown and cannot be combined. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

4. Activation

Licenses are activated by entering your license key in the app. Activation and occasional re-validation contact the Lemon Squeezy license service. We may deactivate keys that were refunded, charged back or shared in breach of these terms.

5. Third-party tools

The Software works alongside third-party tools such as Claude Code and Codex CLI. We are not affiliated with their makers, and their use is governed by their own terms.

6. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or work with every configuration.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
