14-day money-back guarantee

If a Rail License, a SwitchStation License or an upgrade does not work for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email info@sssflow.com with your order number or the email address you used to buy. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Once refunded, the license key is deactivated and the apps return to the Free version. Your projects and prompts are kept, and the Free version keeps working.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days are generally not refundable, but contact us if something went wrong and we will do our best to help.
