Privacy Policy
SwitchStation (SwitchStation Rail and SwitchStation Workspace) is made by SSS Flow (sssflow.com). We built it to work locally on your Mac and to collect as little as possible.
What the apps do on your Mac
SwitchStation Rail receives session status events (session id, working directory and event type) from the Claude Code and Codex hooks it installs, and uses them only to show the rail. SwitchStation Workspace keeps your list of projects and window settings on your Mac; prompts you save are plain files inside your project folder. None of this leaves your Mac. The apps never read, store or send your prompts, agent responses, transcripts, file contents, source code or terminal output.
Anonymous usage counts
To learn which features help and where people get stuck, the apps can send anonymous usage signals to TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service. A signal is an event name (for example "trial started" or "project limit reached") with a few counts or options, such as your license type or how many projects are active. Signals never include your name, email, IP address, prompts, file or project names, paths, terminal content or license key, and TelemetryDeck does not identify you across apps. You can turn this off at any time with "Share anonymous usage data" in Settings.
Trial and license
Your trial and license status are stored on your Mac. When you activate, re-validate or deactivate a license, the app sends your license key and your Mac's computer name to the Lemon Squeezy license service. The app stores your license key and activation id locally; it does not store your name or email address.
Purchases
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects the details needed to process your order (such as name, email, billing country and payment information) under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email and order details from Lemon Squeezy so we can deliver your license and provide support. We never receive your full card details.
This website
This website uses no cookies of its own. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views and page load speed without cookies, without fingerprinting and without following you across other sites. It does not collect your name or email.
If you reach this site through an affiliate link, we load Lemon Squeezy's affiliate script (lmsqueezy.com/affiliate.js) so Lemon Squeezy can record the referral and credit the affiliate if you buy. The cookie it uses is on Lemon Squeezy's domain and is governed by Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy; we do not read it.
If you email us, for example to request early access, we use your message and address only to reply and to send you a build. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing info@sssflow.com. To remove all app data from your Mac, quit both apps and delete ~/Library/Application Support/SwitchStation.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
